The Terravest Graduate
Pathway Programme
→ Phase 1 (Months 1–6):
Shed-floor foundations. Hands-on technical training across all three business units alongside our field teams.
→ Phase 2 (Months 7–14):
Compliance and quality. MPI regulatory frameworks, milk quality measurement, IoT telemetry systems, and supervised project work.
→ Phase 3 (Months 15–24):
Commercial direction. You choose your path; technical sales, compliance advisory, or audit and regulatory. You take ownership of a real portfolio and begin building your career with our full support.
