We protect milk before it becomes product

Terravest operates across the three areas where milk integrity is won or lost: dairy plant hygiene, refrigeration, and real-time vat monitoring.

We now have one integrated framework, built for the part of the value chain that carries the most risk and has historically had the least visibility.  Our role is to protect milk from the point that it leaves the cows’ teat until it is picked up by the tanker.

MILK QUALITY RISK BEGINS LONG BEFORE PROCESSING

Through astute industry knowledge and experience, strategic investment and aligned operating companies, Terravest is building the on farm milk quality infrastructure behind New Zealand dairy.

NZ Founder-Led. Industry Built.

Terravest was created by Kip Bodle to strengthen the infrastructure protecting milk integrity at its source.

With experience across dairy operations, governance and capital strategy, Terravest brings together complementary systems supporting the dairy supply chain.

The time has come to take a different approach to how we deliver value to our dairy farming customers. Cost escalation and supply chain inefficiency has created the ideal opportunity to create a more vertically integrated business that aims to deliver more value at a lower price point for NZ dairy farmers. At the same time, we are focused on being forward thinking and innovative and will be providing new solutions in the milk quality space over the next few years.

Things are going to change and we are going to drive it.

Perspectives from Kip Bodle on milk quality, why it is relevant to NZ farmers and where things are heading.

We believe it is time to take more notice around where the international trends are heading, and how that will shape the way we manage milk on farm in the future.
